Iron Girl Triathlon Atlanta was a blast!
What a great triathlon in Atlanta on Sunday! While it was crazy hot (at least to me since it’s only hit 75 degrees once in Seattle this year!), I had such a good time at the triathlon. The swim was a bit crowded, the bike a bit hilly, and the run a bit HOT, but it didn’t stop me from crossing the finish line hand-in-hand with my sister who once again got me across a finish line. As a recent cancer survivor, I was honored to be supported by Aflac to be a part of Team Courage. And more than anything it was great to connect with the Atlanta LUNA Chix team—thanks to all of you for the hospitatlity! |
