Join with us as we celebrate the end of our season with an evening of conversation & fun.  Plus, we’ll have some great items up for auction with ALL funds going to the Breast Cancer Fund.

A great article appeared this week in the New York Times. Finnish researchers recently concluded that, if you wish to ward off lung or gastrointestinal cancer, you might want to spend your leisure time jogging instead of picking berries, mushroom gathering or fishing. 

Our end of year auction is fast approaching and we are getting some great gear.  Trigger Point Therapy has just donated one of their new “Grids”.  Get it before all your friends do!

We will be starting from Mercer Island Park & Ride at 9:00 AM.
You need to have ridden at least 45 miles of similar terrain and be prepared to ride 4-5 hours to participate in this ride.
