Join us at 7:00 p.m. for our Bi-Weekly Team Run/Walk!! We’ll be meeting at the Rhodes on the Pawtuxet Gazebo throughout the season for an enjoyable and scenic 3 mile course through the neighborhood.

Increase your fitness level by mixing up your workout - join us for a new exciting outdoor training opportunity!!  We’ll still meet at 7:00 p.m. but on alternating Tuesday nights.  Check your e-mail for location as we will be utilizing area tracks, as well as, local hills.
