Pro News from the Road
A solid race ending in a 4th place finish and a spot on the podium was a great way to end the cyclocross season! Now it is time to relax, drink egg nog, and get my picture taken with Santa. It was a beautiful weekend in Colorado; no rain and dry, fast courses made for a fun two days of racing. Spent the weekend racing in Mercer County, NJ at the third round of the USGP. What a suffer fest! I miss the dry, fast dusty courses of Colorado. I’m not so good in peanut butter. My husband and I got to race in the Iceman Cometh in Traverse City, MIchigan last week. It was a hoot! With 4700 participants, the Iceman has become one of the biggest races in the US. And with a huge prize list, of course we had to go! |
