Race Report
The LUNA Pro Team scored five silver medals and a bronze at the US National Champs in Mammoth Lakes, Ca. Georgia Gould settled for second place behind Erin Huck in both the elite short track and cross country. Also-jet-lagged Haley Batten earned two for two silvers in the Juniors, and Hannah Rae Finchamp took one home after the U-23 cross country, On Sunday, Haley went on to win a bronze medal at the 17+ Enduro race (see her great race report!), and Georgia settled for 5th place in the elites.

Andrea Waldis finished 5th in the Swiss National Champs. In Canada, Maghalie Rochette raced to 10th place in a tough field at the Canadian Nationals. Read more »

The LUNA Pro Team held tightly to their number one team ranking in the UCI World Cup series, marked by Katerina Nash’s powerful fourth place result in Lenzerheide, Switzerland. Along with Catharine Pendrel’s eighth place and Eva Lechner’s improved ride for 19th the team earned enough points to solidify their number one UCI team standing. Georgia Gould was just out of the points in 24th place on the 7-lap course.

Along with Catharine Pendrel’s eighth place and Eva Lechner’s improved ride for 19th, the team earned enough points to solidify their number one UCI team standing. Race Report
With a smoking lap, Katerina Nash helped her Czech country team earn the silver medal in the team relay on Thursday at the UCI World Championship, in Czech Republic. In the individual women's cross country event, Catharine Pendrel fared best for LUNA with a stellar fifth place, a couple minutes behind winner and new world champ Annika Langvad. Katerina also rode up front and finished extremely well for 7th place. Georgia Gould moved up from a 35th position start to a solid 15th place, and Eva Lechner from Italy finished 34th. Andrea Waldis was 17th in the U-23's and Haley Batten was 33rd in the Junior event.
