Phoenix Triathlon TEAM

June 2nd was our second monthly Chix Brix event and we had a great turnout!!  The attendance doubled from the previous month and people were asking for Chix Brix to be more than just once a month!!  How wonderful!  Meghan was our spin instructor again and succeeded in pushing us to our limits.  We had an awesome workout on the bikes and after an hour of intense spinning, we all hopped off the bikes, put on our running shoes and headed out to run 2 miles along the greenbelt.  Everyone enjoyed some LUNA bars and chatting with new friends!

Look for the Chix Brix “events” on our website and on Facebook… they should be happening on the 1st Thursday of Every Month!!
