Orlando LUNA Chix Team Run Clinic

This past weekend I held a run clinic in Orlando, Florida with the awesome ladies of the Team Luna Chix Orlando Run. The clinic was a blast, with 34 in attendance. We had a doctor from Haiti, a mom and daughter duo, a few beginner runner/walkers, and a good group of passionate runners- all ready to learn more about speed training, run form efficiency, and have a fun time running together. It was a huge success, raising funds for The Breast Cancer Fund, and sharing the love of running with others.
