Race recap of the Rockman half iron distance race in Rockford, IL.  Weather was questionable as it was 56 degrees at the start and the weathermen were predicting a 90% chance of rain.

The Chicago Triathlon Luna Chix hosted their first ride of the season on Wednesday, May 27th.  We will be hosting these rides weekly, departing from Waterfall Glen at 6:30 pm sharp. 

Do Luna Chix run in winter?  How cold is too cold?

Three members of the Chicago Triathlon Luna Chix participated in the Memphis in May triathlon over the weekend.  Memphis in May is an Olympic Distance event.

Three of the Chicago Triathlon Luna Chix participated in the 2nd Annual Palos Bank Southwest Half Marathon.

Get To Know Your Bike was a clinic designed to give participants basic knowledge regarding their bicycle including maintenance, safety checks and changing a flat tire.  Each participant was asked to bring in a wheel from their bike to go through a hands-on demonstration on how to change a flat tire.
