CROSSFIT!

Greetings from a chilly Boston!  Tonight the Luna Chix Running team hosted a Crossfit clinic at Boston Crossfit. The workout consisted of 45 minutes of warming up followed up by a short, intense, HARD workout! 

THE WARMUP
The Warm Up consisted of situps, pushups, pullups and kip pullups which are based on a little more momentum and are demonstrated in one of the pictures! 

THE WORKOUT!
The workout itself was 3 sets of 10 thrusters and 10 squat thrusts.  Afterward, everyone was given fun gift bags stocked with LUNA bars and yummy chews!  We hope to do another clinic soon!
