Bay Area Run TEAM

Hi Everyone, we hope you’ve enjoyed the spring and summer. Now that its fall, our training season is coming to an end. We were going to try to keep up our Wednesday night runs till the end of the month, but it is now to dark to safely run at 6 pm. So please note that we will have no more weekly runs. We’ve had a great 2009 season and we all have met so many awesome women at our weekly runs and races. We thank Envirosports for working with us to support the Breast Cancer Fund and have enjoyed working with Michelle on the Escape from the Rock Race and the Angel Island race. So a big shout out to her. Thank you to everyone that has come out. Please note that we will still have our weekly yoga class in Corte Madera, and we will keep you informed on the status of the class. We are now accepting applications for new team members for 2010. So have a great holiday season and Happy Trails from all of us on the TLC Bay Area Run Team.
