Don’t Miss out on our Yoga for Runners Clinic
Yoga for Runners clinic will be held on Saturday, Aug. 1 at The Balance Workout at 5768 Paradise Drive, Suite J, Corte Madera from 1-4pm. About the instructor: Yoga and running do not need to be in opposition, so if you thought you had to choose between the track and the mat, think again. The pain and discomfort most runners feel is not from the running in and of itself, but from the imbalances that running reinforces. Through our yoga practice we can cultivate: Bring your running shoes – the workshop will begin with a short jog so that we can engage the muscles and form we apply during running. This will be followed by a fun practice empowering the entire body to become more integrated, receptive and flexible.
