Not a fan of the swim portion of triathlon? Come to our Open Water Swim (OWS) Clinic!! Ask questions, get tips on swimming out of the pool and practice your swimming skills in a safe environment. Get comfortable in the lake where we will be having our 3rd Annual Splash & Dash event in August.

Join us as we accompany our Team in Training friends who are training for the Nations Triathlon while fundraising for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Skirts & bowties will be adorned! This is a fun ride, not a race - and all levels are welcome.
